                              RESOLUTION NO. 21414
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
                 FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES RELATIVE TO THE
                 CONSTRUCTION OF AREA 2 - PHASES I AND II LINER,
                 BIRCHWOOD LANDFILL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                 TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND, TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE
                 DOLLARS ($200,285.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc. 
for
       engineering services relative to the Construction of Area 2 -
       Phases I and II Liner, Birchwood Landfill, for an amount not to
       exceed $200,285.00.
